Hyejun Yun

Hyejun Yun currently serves as the Crescenta Valley High School Saving the Sea Chapter President. Since her introduction to the organization in 2023, she has exhibited a growing passion for environmental activism. Hyejun has led various fundraising initiatives and educational sessions for fellow chapter members. Additionally, she has actively participated in beach cleanup efforts organized with Heal the Bay. She looks forward to collaborating with other Saving the Sea leaders and partaking in community-wide initiatives to enhance environmental sustainability for future generations.

Beyond Saving the Sea, Hyejun enjoys engaging in meaningful discussion and event planning for high school students through a student-led activism debate organization, Junior State of America. In her free time, she plays tennis and shares her ideas and opinions through her personal blog.
