Vice President of Policy

Arman Rostomyan

Arman Rostomyan is a student double-majoring in Biochemistry and Neuroscience & Behavior at Columbia University and serves as the Vice President of Policy at Saving the Sea, where he leads the organization's federal policy team. To date, he has overseen three research papers, three policy briefs, an organization-wide presentation, and has presented before the Glendale Sustainability Commission. He is committed to advancing meaningful environmental initiatives and promoting sustainability through policy-driven change.

A longtime environmental advocate, Arman has held leadership roles since high school, including serving as President of his Environmental Club. Outside of policy, he organizes community projects such as beach cleanups and environmental education initiatives to promote sustainability and civic engagement.
