Enoch Chan is a student at UC San Diego studying Economics and currently serves as a Policy Analyst on Saving the Sea's State Policy Team. His passion for environmental advocacy began at a young age, when he often visited aquariums and kept fish tanks at home. That curiosity led him to pursue a future in environmental policy and law, focused on the intersection between economics and environmental justice. Enoch is determined to combat the climate crisis through research and policy work.
Outside of Saving the Sea, he is involved in several economics organizations on campus and works as a research assistant analyzing environmental policy. In his free time, he loves going on hikes, drawing, playing video games, and sleeping late.
