Nidhi Karnik

Nidhi Karnik is a student double-majoring in Business Economics and Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond. She serves as a Policy Analyst on Saving the Sea's Local Policy Team. Nidhi is passionate about advancing environmental justice, and she has spent time researching issues like data center reform, climate gentrification, and urban heat islands. She is excited to collaborate with others to broaden her perspective and create meaningful change through her policy work at Saving the Sea.

Nidhi furthers her environmental work as an intern at the University of Richmond's Office for Sustainability and as an organizer for the United States Local Conference of Youth. Outside of this, she loves to play piano, sing, and read!
